Housing Advocate Network
Housing Advocates are working with many people in our community, including:
- Families experiencing homelessness- at Family Promise, the YWCA’s emergency housing program, or on a waiting list for one or more community programs.
- Individuals who are impacted by the criminal justice system
- Transitional Age Youth (18-24) who are experiencing homelessness.

Family in Need:
One of our Housing Advocates supported a family (family of 6) and they got into housing right before the holidays! The family is in need of a few items, please reach out to Zeke, zeke@micmt.org, if you can help us. Looking for: kitchen hand towels, pots/pans, silverware, queen bed frame (we already located a box spring and mattress), queen sheet set and comforter. The kids are getting beds, but we are unsure of the sheet size at this point- hoping twin and toddler beds, they will need sheets and blankets.
